MEKSİS electric steam boilers operate with approximately 95% to 99% efficiency at all loads, and variable load conditions do not affect the overall boiler efficiency. In order to reach the desired pressure and temperature levels, heating elements are activated and deactivated using a step-controlled system. All heating elements on the boiler can be replaced independently without any need for welding or soldering. To ensure long service life, the surface heat loads of the elements are kept at a minimum.
The boiler is perfectly designed to ensure optimal water circulation around the heating elements, maximizing heat transfer efficiency. Water velocities are selected to minimize pressure loss, and the inlet/outlet connections are positioned and sized to provide optimal flow conditions. A high-performance CPU and 7” touchscreen interface provide unmatched process monitoring and user convenience.
Thanks to the use of 15 kW modular resistors, boiler capacity can be easily adjusted to the required power levels, offering flexible operation based on demand.
